Most of hermits home in homely looking, but adorned inside with light nacre shells of Monodonta turbinata snail, a quite common resident of the intertidal zone, where the shore verges toward water. The snail shows itself from beneath the shell infrequently, so only few know about beauty of colourful, stripy horned Monodonta.
